One of the top art shows in the Mid-Atlantic, Art at the Mill showcases 1,000 pieces from over 300 artists. Hosted by the Clarke County Historical Association at historic Burwell-Morgan Mill, this unique display of art is only ten minutes away from the Inn. It’s a wonderful opportunity to expand your art collection with pieces from emerging local artists.
Mother’s Day Garden Fair at Blandy Farms

For those with a passion for nature and culinary exploration, The Wild Table: Foraging & Dining in Shenandoah offers an immersive experience unlike any other. Hosted by L’Auberge Provençale and led by Clay Morris, Professor of Appalachian Foodways, this hands-on class takes participants deep into the Shenandoah Valley to uncover the region’s edible treasures. Learn about the historical and ecological significance of foraging, discover native plants and mushrooms traditionally used in Appalachian cuisine, and gain a newfound appreciation for the valley’s rich natural landscape. The experience culminates in a thoughtfully crafted meal featuring foraged ingredients, bringing the flavors of the land directly to your plate. The next session takes place on Saturday, May 17, from 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
