We take our food seriously and are constantly foraging for fresh wild products to utilize on our menu, as well as tending to our own vegetables, herbs, and fruit orchard. Each morning enjoy a signature gourmet breakfast, and in the afternoon don’t forget about our treats. A dinner at La Table Provencale is sure to be a highlight, or stop by the bar for a glass of wine or specialty cocktail.

Farm-to-Table Philosophy

“Farm to table” is not a trend here – it is what we have instinctively been doing for over 30 years; it is simply the Provence way. Our gardens provide fresh herbs and vegetables and our orchard is a bounty of fruits in season. We support our local farming community whenever possible and our cuisine is always the freshest and best prepared, often with a modern flair. At “La Table Provencale”, as in Provence, we know where our ingredients come from and treat food with respect.

The signature gourmet breakfast at our Shenandoah Valley B&B is a unique and sumptuous treat! Breakfast is served in our sun room or on the patio between the hours of 8:00 and 10:00 am. If you need to leave early, we are delighted to pack a breakfast basket, ready to go.

In the afternoons we extend a warm welcome to our guests with an array of sweets including pastries, cupcakes, cookies, house-made marshmallows and fresh fruit. We also serve seasonal refreshments, like fresh spearmint lemonade in summer and hot mulled local organic apple cider in winter.

Our acclaimed Virginia restaurant, recently re-named “La Table Provencale“, is one of the best restaurants in Northern Virginia and a sincere expression of all we love about Provencale cuisine. Our Modern French/American cuisine is presented in either a three-course, five-course, or Chef’s tasting menu at our Virginia restaurant. Our menus change with the season to ensure that only the best and freshest ingredients are used.
