We take our food seriously and are constantly foraging for fresh wild products to utilize on our menu, as well as tending to our own vegetables, herbs, and fruit orchard. Each morning enjoy a signature gourmet breakfast, and in the afternoon don’t forget about our treats. A dinner at La Table Provencale is sure to be a highlight, or stop by the bar for a glass of wine or specialty cocktail.

Kindly Note:
One dinner reservation is required on a Friday or Saturday night weekend stay.

Fine dining at La Table Provencale

Farm-to-Table Philosophy

“Farm to table” is not a trend here – it is what we have instinctively been doing for over 30 years; it is simply the Provence way. Our gardens provide fresh herbs and vegetables and our orchard is a bounty of fruits in season. We support our local farming community whenever possible and our cuisine is always the freshest and best prepared, often with a modern flair. At “La Table Provencale”, as in Provence, we know where our ingredients come from and treat food with respect.

Chef Stephen Burke

Meet Chef Stephen Burke

Chef Stephen Burke honed his skills working under illustrious chefs at such renowned restaurants as the Inn at Little Washington, Litchfield’s at Sonoma Coast Villa, Three Blacksmiths in Washington, Va., and the Acacia House at Las Alcobas and L’Auberge Provençale as the Sous Chef under Chef Richard Wright.

He loves to utilize fresh produce, herbs, and fruits from our gardens and orchards, as well as support many local vendors by purchasing produce, pork, chicken, beef, and seafood, all of the highest quality.

Praise for La Table

“Gifts abound throughout the evening, from a mini-plate of duck ham with bacon-potato hash as an amuse-bouche to melt-in-the-mouth macarons to feed each other after dessert. In summer, the circular dining room is the airiest and has the best view of the pastoral splendor outside.”
