Virginia Elopement Celebration

For Up to 8 Guests

Plan your big day in an intimate way! Whether it’s just the two of you or a small gathering with a few friends, L’Auberge Provençale offers the perfect venue for your wine country elopement. Let us help you create a memorable day in a charming countryside setting—without the stress or expense of a large wedding.

Our Virginia Elopement Celebration package includes:

  • Intimate wedding ceremony including coordination by our wedding planner
  • Use of our beautiful grounds, terrace, porch, and gardens for pictures
  • Officiant to perform the ceremony
  • Dining credit towards a romantic dinner for two
  • Champagne toast with keepsake flutes & sampling of hors d’oeuvres for two following the ceremony
  • Petit wedding cake for two created just for you
  • Seasonal bouquet and boutonniere
  • Parting gift from all of us at L’Auberge Provençale

The price for this experience is $2,750. Take $200 off for midweek weddings.

*Two-night minimum stay is required for the wedding couple. Up to 8 guests may attend the ceremony for a total of 10 people, additional dinner and reception charges will apply. Taxes and service charges are not included.

Enchanting Winter Elopement

For Up to 6 Guests

Embrace the enchantment of winter with a fairy-tale elopement at L’Auberge Provençale. This seasonal package is designed to offer romantic bliss amidst the serene beauty of Virginia’s countryside, framed by frost-kissed landscapes. Perfect for the wedding couple, with the option to include up to six guests for an additional fee.

Our Enchanting Winter Elopement package includes:

  • Private wedding ceremony including coordination by our wedding planner
  • Licensed officiant to conduct the ceremony
  • 1 hour of professional photography, including access to an online gallery of edited images (additional hour +$350)
  • Beautiful bouquet and boutonniere
  • Champagne toast with keepsake flutes
  • Petite one-tier wedding cake just for the two of you
  • Live violin music during your wedding ceremony
  • In-Room Gourmet Repast delivered to your room the night of your arrival
  • $125 dining credit towards a romantic dinner for two

The price for this experience is $2,695, available December through March.

The rehearsal dinner on Friday night was suitably casual, but also elegant and delightful. It felt like the L’Auberge team was opening their home to our family; every room in the Inn was dreamy and comfortable, and the team worked with us to ensure that our guests with mobility restrictions and other considerations were accommodated.

The reception dinner was delicious and beautiful, and the chance to welcome everyone back for a French country breakfast on Sunday morning was the perfect finishing touch. We will always be happy we got married at L’Auberge – it was the perfect match for us.”
