Our Virginia Wine Country Inn is located just one and a half hours from Washington DC, just 45 minutes from Dulles Airport, and accessible by private jet just 10 minutes from Winchester Airport. The inn has been the favorite meeting place of such companies as Oracle, Pfizer, Sysco, NACC, Northrup Grumman,and various government agencies. Our staff, while respecting your privacy and confidentiality, can offer you a level of service and hospitality, attention to detail, custom menus, and coordination you can not get from large meeting facilities.

Our concierge service begins when you book your retreat and our office staff will help you create an itinerary, suggest team building activities and make reservations, design services and amenities just for your group. Leisure activities from great golfing, white water rafting, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, private winery tours and even hot air ballooning can be arranged for your group to help get your team truly working together.

Our private meeting room, filled with natural light can accommodate up to 16 people, and looks out on our lovely terrace which is ideal for a break or luncheon. L’Auberge Provençale is the perfect place for “brainstorming” outside the box. The inn has WiFi throughout the property. Pastries, Fresh Fruit and a variety of beverages are replenished throughout the day in your meeting room.

OVERNIGHT RETREATS AND CONFERENCES

We offer overnight meeting and conference facilities Monday thru Thursday at a special rate for a dynamic executive meeting. An all inclusive rate of $350.00 per person applies based on single occupancy in our 14 elegant rooms and suites. Rate includes:

  • Meeting room, for the day, available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Full Gourmet Breakfast each day
  • Our chefs will prepare a marvelous luncheon each day or a gourmet Picnic to go
  • Dine from our incredible three course dinner menu
  • Fresh pastries, Fresh Fruit, Bottled Water, Iced Tea, Coffee, Soda Replenished throughout the day in your meeting room
  • Arrangements for outdoor activities away from the inn
  • Facility Fee
  • Alcohol, wine, and beverages for meals are in addition to the fee, and 20% service charge, and applicable tax will be added to the total bill

Talk to our meeting coordinator about additional dining options. L’Auberge Provençale can also arrange a fitting dinner, from a casual French Provençale barbecue at our Villa La Campagnette by our lovely swimming pool (in season), to a sit-down gourmet feast in one of our intimate dining rooms.
